Are you looking for an entry into the Gaming industry? Awesome! Maxent Ltd is looking for a Junior Affiliate Executive to join our growing affiliates team! There will always be several tasks to juggle so it’s critical that you are detail-oriented, a great communicator and above all have excellent English as well as a second language.
On the Customer Experience side, your responsibility is that of ensuring the customer interactions with our brands are efficient and optimized, assisting acquisition and retention efforts by increasing non-purchased player loyalty.
What you do.
- Account managing a portfolio of existing affiliates, handling queries, commercial negotiations and affiliate support
- Monitoring, tracking and evaluating all affiliate marketing activities in order to deliver incremental revenue month on month
- Recruitment of new affiliates
- Implementing marketing campaigns for existing affiliates, including marketing messages adjustment for affiliates, developing specific landing pages and setting up tracking tools
- Working with the design team to deliver marketing assets that optimise acquisition marketing opportunities via affiliate sites
What you know.
- You know excel
You command strong excel and data mining skills.
- You speak English and a second language fluently
Excellent written and spoken English language skills are necessary for this role. Knowledge of a second language including Japanese, German or Finnish are required for this role.
