• You process customer withdrawals

You ensure players on all our Casino brands are paid out in a timely manner. You carry out all pre-withdrawal checks in full for each and every withdrawal whilst ensuring that payouts are completed within tight timescales
Identify and recruit new affiliates.

• You live and breathe the Know Your Customer ethos

You act as the Casino gatekeepers as you verify and check all players who come in through the doors. You carry out all KYC checks and communicate directly with players regarding their KYC status or any other KYC-related queries that may arise

• You are decisive and manage difficult situations in a timely manner

You are the go-to person for all escalations. Customer Service, VIP and R&P agents will be escalating cases on a regular daily basis for further investigation. As the R&P Team Leader, you are to ensure that all queries are seen to and addressed in a timely manner.

• You analyse data

You and raw data go hand in hand. You analyse all types of data for different tasks within your role and draw a conclusion based on the information extracted. You make key decisions based on the conclusions drawn from your information.

• You keep the Casino a safe playing environment

You will be responsible for separating the wheat from the chaff. You keep out the bad guys by utilizing a combination of anti-fraud measures. You keep an anti-fraud hat on in each and every task you do within your role as you know that fraud can be uncovered in different areas.

• You plan ahead and ensure that all administration is completed!

You will be responsible for day-to-day admin duties within the R&P team. These involve rostering, approving leave and acting as POC in the absence of the team Manager.

• You understand the principles of fraud prevention

You are no stranger to the anti-fraud domain. You understand that important of risk mitigating measures and are keen to improve on existing strategies to combat fraud.

• You know that communication is key

You are able to communicate, with both R&P agents and other departments.. You understand that you will be dealing with delicate cases that require a certain level of knowledge to enable you to diffuse and resolve situations with tact & diplomacy.

• You know data

You command strong excel and data mining skills. You are capable in presenting robust fraud cases to internal and external clients

• You are experienced within Risk and Payments

You have at least 1+ years experience working within a risk and payments team.

• You are a natural leader and mentor

You will be responsible for mentoring and shadowing new members of the team during training. As the TL, you will also be responsible for providing guidance for agents should they require any.

• You love multi-tasking

You are comfortable working on different tasks simultaneously. You find no difficulty in switching between multiple systems and do not necessarily need to follow a linear workflow to complete each task.

• You are thorough and diligent in your approach

You take pride in your work and its quality. Double checking your work is second-nature to you.
